Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Landfill hay land area will be rented for a period of one (1) year for 2022 to the highest responsive and responsible bidder. The bidder shall have the option to renew this Lease for two (2) additional, one (1) year terms (2023 and 2024) if agreeable to both the Lessor and Tenant. Such renewal shall be upon the same terms and conditions as the initial terms. The City will determine if the property will be leased for one additional year and if so, Tenant may provide written notice of Tenant’s intent to renew to City no later than sixty (60) days prior to expiration of the current lease term. The successful bidder is required to meet with the Solid Waste Manager to discuss operations and safety rules
