Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The vendor shall attend the required Pre-Bid Walk-through Meeting in order to bid on the event. B. The vendor shall provide proof of a valid Arkansas Contractors License, listing rehabilitation or higher classification of general/commercial contractor prior to award of a resulting contract. C. The vendor shall provide proof of a valid City of Little Rock Business License, showing rehabilitation or higher classification of general/commercial contractor prior to award of a resulting contract. D. The vendor shall have a current EPA Renovate Right Paint Firm Certification and Lead Based Paint Certification (Certified Renovator) to renovate or paint on homes that are pre 1978 and contain Lead Base Paint. E. The vendor shall provide proof of General Liability Insurance required to complete the rehab. F. The vendor shall provide a five (5) year labor warranty on all roof replacements. G. The vendor shall provide a one (1) year warranty on all work provided under the Description of Work (DOW) H. The vendor shall incur liquidated damages in the amount of $50 per day if the rehabilitation is not completed by the established completion date. I. The vendor shall register with SAMS.gov and have not received disbarment from bidding on Federal projects. J. The vendor shall submit their bid online. Paper bids will not be accepted
