Specifications include, but are not limited to: Multiple streets are identified for surface improvements. The preparation of streets for resurfacing will be a combined effort between the Contractor and the Montpelier Department of Public Works (DPW), and must be coordinated. A schedule must be submitted and approved by the City. All construction shall be carried out and undertaken in accordance with the Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans) Standard Specifications for Construction (2018 Edition), Supplemental Specifications and General Conditions included herein. A brief description of the project sites and intended construction scope of work follows. The estimated unit quantities are provided on the attached spread sheet which includes approximate area information (width & length varies – project limits will be field marked by the City).
