Specifications include, but are not limited to: C. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and supervision required to maintain, in optimum operating condition, each device of the Oxygen and Vacuum System. All work to meet NFPA, State, Local and Life Safety Codes. D. The minimum number of planned inspections shall be quarterly spaced approximately ninety (90) days apart. The first repair and inspection shall be performed immediately upon the award of the contract. E. Each preventative maintenance work period shall be pre-scheduled and directed from a maintenance management program initiated and maintained by the Contractor. The program may be computer, or manually operated. A copy of the schedule shall be filed with the Facility Maintenance Manager upon the award of this contract.
