Specifications include, but are not limited to: • vSphere and Server Monitoring – For monitoring purposes the main focus is to be on vSphere and Citrix MCS. Proactive monitoring is required 24/7 to include but not limited to, server space, uptime, host availability, event identification response and correction. Timely response outlined by SLA’s outage crisis response following the awarded companies SLA’s, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical and education objectives. • Support & Updates – Ongoing support of the current set up. Aiding/guidance with critical updates and routine patches relating to VMware and Citrix. Performance tuning and security reviews based on best practice. Additional support • Training, Documentation and Knowledge Transfer – Ad-hoc training of Dental Informatics IT staff and system orientation for new team members when needed. Documentation is a must for all system maintenance, operations, updates and necessary changes and should be maintained and shared with the inhouse team. • Projects and system enhancements – Project management and solution design will be required, with the ability to provide technical engineering resources for the ongoing development of the environment, in keeping with industry standards and best practices, and to improve our end user experience. The selected firm shall assist the ULSD IT staff in developing long term plans for the technological goals of ULSD. • Reporting – It will be expected that a monthly dashboard report will be made available, advising on the health of systems covered under this PSC. Along with details of major undertakings during the same period.
