The main structure is a 2,752 sq. ft. residential dwelling, with standard frame construction, built on a slab in 1996. The home was elevated in 1997 and the foundation is now an elevated crawlspace, built using block construction. The barn has a dirt floor. Removal of the residential dwelling and barn will be to ground level with any slabs left in place. All utilities will be capped above ground. All access to the work areas must be from the existing access road. Work in areas other than the residential dwelling and barn should be limited and should not disturb the existing ground surface. All heavy machinery use will be limited to areas around the residential dwelling and barn with padding used for locations that the heavy machinery will be placed to remove the structures and the access to those locations.
