Specifications include, but are not limited to: LRCVB proposes to use the services of an architectural firm on an undetermined amount of projects throughout the term of the agreement to include, but not limited to: Preparation of feasibility studies, evaluations, reports, exhibits and programs Preparation of concept designs and renderings as requested Preparation of construction documents including any/all drawings, specifications and details necessary for contract purposes Preparation of construction cost estimates Assistance, as needed, in the bid process and determining scope of work Review of construction documents, shop drawings, general contractor or sub-contractor submittals, change orders, and/or RFIs Provide construction-monitoring services The architectural firm shall be experienced in all facets of design of new construction and renovation of institutional buildings. The architectural firm shall be comprised of professional architects and interior designers registered and/or licensed to do work in the State of Arkansas. In addition the architectural firm must have access to, and working relationships with, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering consultants. Attendance at regularly scheduled owners, architect, contractors meeting will be required Attend Little Rock Advertising & Promotion Commission meetings as requested
