Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. All structures listed shall be thoroughly saturated with water during the demolition process to control dust.; B. The vendor shall provide proof of a City of Little Rock Business License prior to contract assignment.; C. The vendor shall be responsible for preparation and filing of all waste manifest forms.; D. The vendor shall be responsible for notification to the Arkansas One-Call System for utility location and removal.; E. The vendor shall be responsible for providing water for saturating structures and all associated fees.; F. On completion, all lots must be properly level and graded, and all debris and overgrowth shall be removed from premises. Adjacent alleys and/or right of ways must be included in the area requiring overgrowth removal.; G. All approved structure(s) located onsite shall be included in the demolition.; H. The vendor shall be responsible for all dumping fees.; I. Copies of all dumping receipts for each structure, from an approved landfill, must be furnished to the city department by the vendor upon completion of contract.; J. The vendor shall use a licensed landfill and authorized to accept asbestos containing material and other associated environmental waste. Please see attached environmental report.; K. The vendor shall obtain and provide proof of the Demolition Permit for each structure.; L. The vendor shall purchase a sewer seal from the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority prior to obtaining a Demolition Permit.; M. The vendor shall ensure that all vehicles used for the transportation of asbestos materials and demolition debris possess and display the appropriate hauling permit at all times.; N. The vendor shall ensure that all demolition debris is fully covered or tarped during transport from the demolition site to the dumpsite.; O. The vendor shall comply with State and Federal regulations, as well as ADEQ, NESHAP, and OSHA regulations during the demolition and disposal process.
