Specifications include, but are not limited to: The offeror must provide the following services: For ORG-001, OIT is seeking business analysis (BA) and communications support with a background in both information technology and organizational change management. The offeror shall act as members of the project team and be responsible for providing project management as outlined by the Scope/Statement of Work. The ORG-001 project is in progress and will be completed by October 2022. The selected offeror must be able to integrate with a project that's already in progress in a fast-paced environment. The project is a high priority for the State of Alaska (SOA). The type of resource(s) required will be conceptually comfortable with the end-to-end enterprise-wide IT ecosystem & being able to articulate complex IT impacts through relevant, accurate & timely communications and demonstrate/instill behaviors for effective change & engage with stakeholders at all levels with the appropriate focus. The BA role will play a critical part in being an IT business partner for the initiatives “outside” of IT i.e., HR, procurement & finance transformations, and core hub for all the OIT initiatives. The BA will enable / underpin the outcome of the structure review with the appropriate tools/skills set for the consolidations
