Specifications include, but are not limited to: An as-needed contract for an air cargo marketing and business development consultant to provide professional consultation related to the current and future strategic air cargo marketing and business development programs at airports within the AIAS. The successful offeror shall perform the following tasks as assigned in writing by the Project Manager, or designee. Air Cargo Carrier Meetings and summary report f. Air Cargo Advertising Guidance g. Alaska International Airport System Air Cargo Forum/Symposium
