Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Workforce Solutions Alamo (WSA) is requesting quotes, RFQ for a licensed Contractor to perform Heating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services on an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Order Quantity basis, IDIQ (as needed) and Preventive Maintenance services at WSA leased property upon request by WSA board staff for the following equipment: HVAC units, Spot coolers and split a/c unit maintenance within IT network rooms. Written quotes must propose the cost of performing quarterly preventive maintenance at the leased properties to include: Two major inspections and two minor inspections; Filters replaced four times a year during inspections; Replace belts once a year during winter inspections; Clean condenser coils once a year. Clean condensate drains once a year. Repairs found during inspections should be quoted individually a fixed service rate. Any additional repairs or materials needed outside of the regularly maintenance will be supplementary costs; and Upon completion of quarterly preventive maintenance services, Contractor will submit a completed checklist to WSA to verify the work performed. Any additional costs must be presented to WSA as an estimate for prior approval to perform recommended repairs.
