Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project(s) shall consist of successful Offeror furnishing all qualified personnel, supervision, services, materials, equipment, facilities, travel, overhead and incidentals necessary for Food Catering Services for the Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program. The services to be performed by the Offeror may include, but are not limited to, the following: Breakfasts and lunches must be prepared off-site and delivered each instructional day (180 days) to the Excel Academy JJAEP Campus at 2525 Murworth Drive, Suite 100, Houston TX 77054. Meals must be pre-packaged for individual service. Regular menus detail a minimum of twenty (20) days of non-repetitive meals. JJAEP has previously operated a summer program for approximately fifteen (15) days, serving lunches only. A summer program instructional calendar can be provided by the end of the current school year if applicable. Breakfasts are to be prepared off-site, pre-packaged for individual service, and transported daily to the JJAEP campus. Breakfasts must be delivered to the campus by 8:30 a.m. each instructional school day. JJAEP staff will distribute breakfast to students beginning at approximately 8:45 a. m. Each day’s breakfast at minimum will consist of the following: • 8oz. of milk • ½ cup of fruit • 1 muffin or granola bar
