Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Consultant shall conduct a field visit and complete the Office of History and Archaeology Alaska Building Inventory Form for each structure within the Steadman Street that is 45 years old or older, from Front Street to 5th Avenue. The Consultant will perform their background research and framing of historical context, including providing images and figures, of the Steadman Street. The Consultant will provide analysis of and recommendations of eligibility for the National Register of Historic Places for the structures within the Steadman Street. This will include the assessment and recommendation of individually eligible properties, a potential historic district, and contributing elements to the existing or potential historic district. The consultant may be asked to evaluate the project’s impacts upon the historic buildings and/or historic district. Following the acceptance of the Consultant’s deliverables, the Department will consult with the SHPO and other consulting parties
