Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Concrete foundation is required for the placement of one (1) Conex box, twenty (20) feet in length x nine (9) feet wide, with a gross weight of 67,200 pounds.; B. Power wash existing asphalt of one (1) parking stall in back parking lot.; C. Inspect and repair all holes or cracks in existing asphalt, where needed.; D. Ensure asphalt is clean and free of oil and debris prior to installing new concrete.; E. Provide a minimum compacted aggregate base of four (4) inches compacted stone, gravel, or equal.; F. Install reinforcement rebar, or equal, to withhold cracking due to weight and settling, moisture, and corrosion.; G. Application of concrete shall be in compliance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions to properly cure and be within a suitable temperature range.; H. Broom finish new concrete area.; I. Keep concrete moist while concrete is curing, following the manufacturer’s packaging recommendations.
