Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lighting upgrades of 985 fixtures to be installed at The RIDOT Highway Maintenance Office and DOT Service Buildings. Proposed work will include converting existing lighting fixtures to LED. The lighting upgrades will improve security and support the Governor’s Executive Order 15-17, State Agencies to Lead by Example in Energy Efficiency and Clean Energy; Provide all labor, equipment, and material for the complete workmanlike installation of the listed fixtures, your quote should include but not be limited to the following: All luminaires, retrofit kits, wire, conduit, junction boxes, handholes, connectors, panels and appurtenances required to make fixtures operational.; Interconnection with existing power sources; All protective safety equipment and barriers; All staging, lifts and miscellaneous equipment necessary to complete the work.; All waste and storage containers required; Removal of all waste materials and trash; All permits, pre and post inspections required
