Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project's purpose is to overlay 22-feet wide by 600-linear feet of asphalt on Meadow Lakes Loop road. This project will involve, but is not limited to, 2" overlay of asphalt and shouldering of new asphalt with E-1 for 600-feet. All construction shall be completed in accordance with the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) Standard Specifications for Highway Construction (SSHC) 2020 Edition. The requirements contained in these specifications and special provisions are hereby made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract. • This road is located off Pitman Road, Wasilla, Alaska. • Contractor is to provide all resources to complete this project without any adjustments in the original quote amount or contract time. • Contractor shall coordinate the roadway improvements with all utility relocation work. Request locates from the utilities having facilities in the area. Use the Alaska Digline, Inc. Locate Call Center. • Work Zone speed limit: Limit speed of vehicles associated with construction to 20 miles per hour within project limits. • Work shall be completed in one continuous timeframe.
