Specifications include, but are not limited to: Commercial real estate brokerage firms to assist the Town in the disposition of a town-owned property located at 1624 Lonsdale Ave, Lincoln, RI. The successful firm shall agree to contract with the Town to provide the following: 1. All services required to perform a thorough market analysis of the subject property described above; 2. Develop strategies for the sale of the subject property described above; 3. Review the plans of prospective buyers to ensure that they meet the town’s Zoning Ordinance and Land Development and Subdivision Regulations, and any applicable local and State rules and regulations: 4. Negotiate with buyers on behalf of the Town; 5. Coordinate real estate appraisals, if needed; 6. Coordinate all real estate transactions and closing in accordance with town’s Code of Ordinances, Chapter 49: Real Property, Conveyance of, and 7. Handle all customary activities and services associated with real estate transactions.
