Weekly - Low and mid-level dusting (up to 6 feet). Weekly - Empty recycling receptacles (zero sort) Weekly - Remove fingerprints from doors. Weekly - Clean glass doors and windows. Weekly - Clean glass of trophy cases. Weekly - Dust and remove insects from light fixtures. Monthly - Polish wood trim. Monthly - Remove fingerprints from light switches. Quarterly - Dust and remove insects from high windows, ceiling grid, and edges. Quarterly - Refinish and buff vinyl tile floors. Quarterly - Clean interior of all windows. Yearly - Refinish and buff vinyl stair treads per manufactures recommendations Yearly – Cleanout recessed dirt catches in entrees Corridors 112, 131,132,133,134 & 135 T, TH - Sweep and wet mop floors, steps, and railings. T, TH - Clean and sanitize drinking fountains. T, TH -Vacuum all carpeted areas using a commercial/industrial vacuum cleaner. Remove spots - cleaning or shampooing as necessary.
