Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of services requested through this RFP will be for the operation and management of RTC’s consolidated Transit Vehicle and Bus Shelter Advertising programs. The RTC’s bus fleet operated approximately 132,526,233 miles in Fiscal Year 2021 and made over 35 million passenger trips throughout the service area. The RTC’s service area includes all of Southern Nevada, including the cities of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson and Boulder City, as well as unincorporated Clark County and the Las Vegas Strip. The following assets are available for advertising under this program: General Market - 385 fixed route vehicles - 395 paratransit vehicles - 3,689 bus stops, of which 1,511 stops have shelters with one or more advertising boxes, totaling 1,608 shelters with advertising faces Las Vegas Strip / Resort Corridor - 26 double-deck vehicles (Deuce on the Strip) - 54 Deuce bus stops with 44 static and 10 digital shelters, totaling 72 advertising panels - 142 general market shelters located one-half mile from the Deuce route
