Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Retail and operational management merchandise outlets at select ULAA venues (excludes KFC Yum Center location) 2. Retail Marketing Strategy a. Data-driven storylines b. Strategic approach to engage and drive revenue c. Pricing strategies and marketing differentiation 3. Sales at post-season and special events sponsored by the University of Louisville Athletic Department 4. E-Commerce a. Respondents need to be able to provide multiple ecommerce platform solutions for the Universities mutual selection b. All Data collected will remain the property of the University and can only be used by the respondents for analytic purposes, unless expressly authorized 5. Consulting Services a. The University is looking for a cohesive retail partnership where the responding firms have the demonstrated ability to consult on the build out and outfit of multiple venue and offsite locations. 6. Licensing and Vertical Production capabilities a. The Qualified respondent will have a demonstrated ability to design, produce, and deliver on demand or quick turn products to support key moments throughout the operating year.
