Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of North Dakota acting through its Office of Management and Budget, is requesting information for available services in providing a solution for the proper administration and tracking of FMLA/ADA/LOA accurately and consistently for roughly 62 state agencies, impacting nearly 9,000 employees. The service or solution would need to be able to access current employee information in PeopleSoft and Workforce Software Solutions (WFS). ; The following background information is intended to help respondents understand the needs of the STATE.; State employees are not provided consistent information to utilize the entitlements of FMLA/ADA/LOA procedures. In addition, education of the law is not well known outside of the HR offices and HR/Payroll Professionals struggle to find the right balance with the overall administration, utilization and tracking of the process.
