Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work done under this contract includes, but is not limited to: the Contractor providing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, incidentals, and related items necessary to paint areas designated by Pulaski County General Services. Contractor shall leave all work sites in a neat and orderly fashion at the end of each work day. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor performing the services to safeguard their own materials, tools, and equipment. Pulaski County will not assume any responsibility for vandalism and/or theft of materials, tools, and / or equipment. Perform minor / general maintenance repairs, i.e. sheetrock. Contractor must physically visit the work site after written or verbal notification by a Pulaski County authorized representative to complete a written quotation of the work to be performed. When the Contractor visits the work site, they shall submit a written quotation based on the contract pricing.
