Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide updates via newsletters and other communication regarding changes in federal and state laws and regulations affecting LRCVB as an employer Provide training as requested for management and executive employees Serve as counsel, upon request of the client, in matters related to employment law Upon request of the client, help ensure compliance through policies with the FLSA, ADA, EEOC, and other applicable state and federal laws and regulations Upon request of the client, represent the client in any claims or lawsuits that may arise from current or former employees Assist client, as needed, with thorough review of job descriptions and classifications Assist client, as requested, with thorough review and legal compliance of the employee handbook, benefit book, and company policies Work with third parties including, but not limited to the City of Little Rock's Attorney's office regarding LRCVB matters
