Specifications include, but are not limited to: An experienced consultant/firm to provide general legal services. The Scope of Services that may be requested from time to time by LRCVB include, but are not limited to: Offer legal advice/ opinion to LRCVB White and/or review contract and commission resolutions as needed Act on behalf of LRCVB when requested Assist in the collection delinquent accounts as needed including delinquent tax permittees Attend monthly A&P Commission meetings (usually 3rd Tuesday of each month) Represent LRCVB in litigation if required Interpretation of Advertising & Promotion Gross Receipts tax regulations Work with potential third parties including, but not limited to the City of Little Rock's Attorney's office regarding LRCVB matters
