Specifications include, but are not limited to: This agreement will cover various services associated with masonry and concrete work required by the City of Laconia on an as needed basis. Work shall include, but not be limited to area preps, chimney pointing, re-pointing, brick work, brick matching, architectural matching, concrete work, removal and disposal of debris, area clean-ups, etc. Current work includes: • Repoint one of the Opechee Park Columns that is falling apart due to dismantling of bricks. • ADA ramp at Weirs Beach. • Repairs to Main Street walkway (pavers) at the Laconia Public Library. • Repairs to Main Street steps (granite) at the Laconia Public Library. • Chimney pointing at the Laconia Public Library. • Re-point some of the brick exterior at the Goss Reading Room in Lakeport.
