Specifications include, but are not limited to: providethe delivery of the product, equipment and installation per the followingspecifications. These specifications are intended to describe a turnkey installation of an undergroundirrigation system on six (6) athletic fields. The equipment must be new-from-factory, unused and themanufacturer’s current production model. Equipment must be of sufficient quality and workmanshipto provide superior service life and performance. Any and all equipment, parts or design features,which are necessary in order to meet the specifications and provide the requested performance arerequirements of the bidder. All components of this system shall be the manufacturer’s equipment andaccessories which are included as standard in the advertised and published literature for the material.No such item of equipment or accessories shall be removed or omitted for the reason that it was notspecified in the bid.
