Specifications include, but are not limited to: Within this proposal, the City seeks to purchase: • an all-inclusive surveillance system, to include configuration and installation. • Some form of data storage, either on-site or cloud based. • A renewable annual agreement for maintenance, repairs, help desk, and/or support. The City of Benton has identified the following features that shall exist in our Video Surveillance System. • Live view and playback modes • Multi camera simultaneous viewing • Ability to have multiple users/groups or logins • Ability to limit access for both live view and playback modes of users/groups or logins • Ability to have both fixed and PTZ capabilities • Ability to download select video footage. • Ability to accommodate multiple buildings not adjoining and for camera growth and expansion • Ability to separate cameras by location (in groups) and set camera names • On screen display of date and time, to include camera name • Ability to see Event History, mainly in respect to motion activation
