Specifications include, but are not limited to: e contractor will produce a Travel Management Plan for State submerged lands and trails in the Fortymile River Region that will require significant stakeholder outreach and numerous opportunities for public and agency review and comment. The input gathered is expected to significantly inform the plan. The plan will be written clearly, concisely, and document all required processes and information. This effort is to produce a “stepdown” plan to focus on the management of specific trails and river routes in the Fortymile region that occur on state lands and those submerged lands along navigable segments of the Fortymile River including those within the Wild and Scenic corridors managed by the BLM.
