Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Provide an organizational chart which includes all proposed personnel and identifies subconsultants. Demonstrate how the proposed personnel and sub-consultants will be incorporated into the crew structure. b. List personnel with their years of experience, length of time with their current firm, education, experience in proposed role, capabilities, and strengths related to their role on the project. c. For each key person identified, list at least two (2) comparable projects in which he/she has played a key role comparable to or higher than the role they are being proposed for. Provide the project owner and an owner reference. d. Provide a summary of the key personnel’s experience working together and any experience of Prime and sub-consultants working together on similar projects. e. Identify personnel certified as ATSSA Certified Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS).
