Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful vendor will be responsible with producing and placing messaging related to safe driving behaviors. Messaging includes safety messages focused on impaired driving, speeding, distracted driving, occupant protection, motorcycle safety, and other messaging as determined necessary by the Office of Highway Safety for distribution on cable, broadcast television stations, digital video, traditional and digital radio, web and mobile media channels, billboards, social media platforms and other recommended distribution channels throughout a five (5) year period in twelve (12) month increments based on the federal fiscal year (October 1-September 30). The vendor will assist in the coordination of other potential messaging opportunities presented to the Office of Highway Safety. The successful vendor will be required to provide affidavits of performance satisfactory to federal and state officials that clearly document paid and bonus advertising placement. The vendor will be required to host, support, and maintain the Office of Highway Safety’s three websites, drivesafesd.com, southdakotarides.com and safesd.gov.
