Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State Procurement Bureau, on behalf of the Department of Labor and Industry, is seeking a vendor to develop examinations and provide written examination services for speech-language pathology and audiology assistant license applicants who are applying for professional licensure in Montana. All licensing examinations must comply with Federal and State law. Without limiting the foregoing, examinations must specifically comply with Title 37, chapter 15, MCA, for each license designation, and must also meet or exceed national standards for the professions, including but not limited to criteria set by the Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ASHA) for its assistant speechlanguage pathologist certification and audiology assistant certification requirements.
