Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Establish redesign models, processes, structures, policies and acco untability system, as well as communicate a shared redesign vision, in partnership with school leaders, student, families, and LEA administrators, to ensure the implementation plan is successful. 2. Develop and supply a plan that help drive the school redesign planning and process, redesign and facilitate the ongoing support to LEAs to ensure all initiatives are systematically executed. 3. Collaborate with other service providers on the execution of the school redesign to deliver optimal results. 4. Identify and redesign the drive toward key goals, milestones, strategies, interventions, policy development, evidence-based models, research-based best practices, and exemplars for school redesign. 5. In partnership with school leaders, LEA administrators, and the sch ool community, develop decision-making strategies and processes to ensure equitable community voice as well as effective redesign planning and implementation.
