Parking: 80-125 parking spaces located on-site or in close proximity (approximately 1/10 mile) to the leased premises. Landlord shall provide this parking at no additional cost. Option 2: Approximately 30,000-32,000 square feet of customer service and office space. (See attached Space Program/Conceptual Schematic Floor Plan.) Parking: 175-225 parking spaces located on-site or in close proximity (approximately 1/10 mile) to the leased premises. Landlord shall provide this parking at no additional cost.
