Specifications include, but are not limited to: The consulting firm will provide the agency with monthly financial statements, yearly Medicare and Medicaid cost reports, and other reports (such as profit loss statements, Medicare/Insurance detailed charges/payments, statement of operations, budget-to-actual, cash flows, Monthly Dashboard Reports, etc.) as needed to assist KVDA/OKVC to assess the effectiveness and efficiencies related to long term care operations, finance, accounting, billing, and reimbursement. Financial statements must be prepared utilizing the PointClickCare (PCC) Software system. Separate statements must be provided for each facility along with consolidated reports for OKVC. Accounting services, financial, and billing must be fully integrated with PCC software system.
