Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Replace water supply piping with PEX tubing and from the main building shutoff valve throughout the building. • Black and gray water plumbing checkout for damage. • Two options for the humidifiers. Verify the system in this scope of work interfaces with the Siemens BAS system. Replace with new equivalent models. Repair existing units. • Replace the hot water tank. • Repair the eyewash stations. • Removal of bathroom fixtures to get to the piping behind the wall and reinstall bathroom to usable state. • Apply heat tape to all water supply lines in the PPF • Dispose of all garbage and removed piping. • Verify all systems in the well-house work properly, tanks, pumps, filtration, heaters and chemical systems. • Verify the septic system is operating correctly.
