Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase 1 – Requirements Development and Verification This phase will include, at a minimum, verification of the database structure, and requirements of data migration and/or integration with existing databases. Phase 2 – Database Development and User Interfaces This phase will include, at a minimum, database development, data migration, data creation, core applications and forms, reports, etc. Phase 3 – Testing and Deployment This phase will include, at a minimum, functional testing, troubleshooting, validation, integration, training, system and user documentation, training documentation. Phase 4 – Maintenance and Updates This phase will include servicing of the database to update annual information, confirm and reestablish links, make adjustments and improvements and to generally assure the continued use and up-time of the database.
