Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1 Contractor shall prepare for an ISO reaccreditation and accreditation audits onsite at the EHL or via virtual platform to include: 1. Evaluate ISO/IEC regarding ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and 2018 AOAC food testing requirements related to the EHL in the form of documents, records, and onsite or virtual platform observations. 2. Perform a desk audit to review EHL policies and procedures. 3. Plan and conduct the onsite or virtual audit to confirm records and techniques support method policies and procedures for: a. Scope Renewal Test Methods i. Staphylococcus aureus - Petrifilm, ii. Listeria monocytogenes - FDA BAM Ch. 10, iii. Salmonella spp. - FDA BAM Ch. 5, iv. Escherichia coli – Petrifilm, v. Escherichia coli - O157 – BAM Ch. 4a, vi. Campylobacter – Vidas vii. STEC – ABI7500 Rt-PCR Fast viii. Gamma Ray Analysis ix. Inorganic Arsenic Analysis – FDA EAM 4.10, 4.11 (modified) x. Other - test methods added to scope prior to 06/30/2022. b. Additional Scope Test Methods – Additional methods may be requested for scope addition dependent on FDA surveillance and State of Alaska Food Safety needs. 4. Administrative support functions as they relate to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 / 2018 AOAC accreditation 5. Provide quality assurance framework that supports the test methods 6. Provide pre-test and material preparation protocol Task 2 Contractor shall conduct an ISO reaccreditation and accreditation audits onsite at the EHL or via virtual platform to include: 1. Based on audit results, compose and submit audit report(s), findings, and observations. 2. EHL will communicate to the Contractor the resolution of any identified audit findings within the audit report(s). 3. Pursuant to the satisfactory resolution of audit findings, the Contractor shall issue a certificate of accreditation for ISO/IEC 17025:2017 / 2018 AOAC to the EHL.
