Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Texas Workers’ Compensation Conference is held annually in Texas and has been hosted in person and virtually. TDI will determine, following consultation with Contractor, whether the conference will take place virtually or in-person. TDI will provide the Contractor with as much notice as possible, but no later than 120 calendar days prior to the scheduled event. For in person conferences, the dates and location of the conference are determined by the Commissioner of Workers’ Compensation. An additional location for the conference may be added at the discretion of the Commissioner. If requested by TDI, Contractor must be able to provide services for an additional location. Contractor must be able to provide in-person and virtual conference planning and management services in accordance with the specifications below. Requirements below are applicable for in-person and virtual conferences unless otherwise specified.
