Specifications include, but are not limited to: The office space renovation of the project generally consists of renovating the existing office space of approximately 10,500 square feet. New work includes demolition, new walls and doors, new finishes, new audio-visual design and equipment. MEP work includes new lighting, new power distribution, new and reworked HVAC system, and new security/cameras. New alternate work includes new raised floor for training room. The warehouse space renovation of the project generally consists of renovating the existing warehouse space of approximately 17,250 square feet. New work includes minor demolition, new demising wall between the warehouse and office space, new IT room, new finishes, new raised floor area, and new equipment/shelving units/cages. MEP work includes new lighting, new power distribution, new fire protection system, new and reworked HVAC system, and new security/cameras. New alternate work includes new dock levelers, insulated dock doors, canopies, and storage equipment.
