Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Commissioning Services – Provide a full range of commissioning services for buildings, from reviews during design through systems verification during construction. Systems primarily include HVAC systems and controls but could also include electrical and other selected systems.; • Building Automation Systems (BAS) Master Planning support – Provide technical support services to assist DFM in maintenance and upgrades to the existing BAS Master Plan. This plan integrates building automation systems (BAS) at individual buildings (approx. 40 to 50) from various vendors into a network allowing remote access either via the State intranet or the worldwide web/internet from (a) designated State site(s).; • Controls Design Services – Provide design services, to specify HVAC control systems for DFM projects, to include development of drawings and specifications for multiple systems/projects/buildings and to include construction inspection and testing of HVAC controls.; • HVAC Controls Design Standard – Maintain and update as necessary the standard set of specifications for HVAC controls to be used on all DFM projects.; • Trend Analysis – Develop and implement programs and software to utilize existing BAS data to spot trends and maintenance problems.; • Re-Commissioning – Provide services to re-commission buildings to improve HVAC control and to save energy.
