Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Capitol Assets Program manages State buildings in the Metro Denver area and provides general maintenance and repair for these facilities.; (a) Complex Building Automation System (BAS) software/database upgrade: i. Insight database migration to Siemens supported Desigo CC database; ii. Design and create new graphics for five hundred fifty-eight (558) points within new Desigo database iii. Provide firmware upgrade to fourteen (14) field panes/controllers within complex buildings; Workstation - Software: i. One (1) Desigo CC standard license.; ii. Maximum allowable amount of Desigo CC client licenses.; iii. Insight database migrated to Desigo CC.; iv. One (1) SQL history database size created.; (b) Workstation- Database Customization: i. Sixty0one (61) field controllers connected to Desigo CC.; ii. Nine hundred-seven (907) FLN devices (TECs) connected to Desigo CC.; iii. One thousand eight hundred-fifty-five (1855) physical IO points shall be migrated to Desigo CC.; iv. Three thousand three hundred seventy-eight (3378) trend definitions shall be migrated/added to Desigo CC.; v. One hundred fifty-nine (159) reports migrated to Desigo CC.;; vi. Twenty-five (25) points shall be migrated/added to Remote Notification (RENO).; vii. Five (5) enhanced alarms shall be added to Desigo CC.; (c) Graphics: i. Five hundred fifty-eight new graphics created for Desigo CC.; (d) Field Panel Migration: i. Provide firmware upgrades to fourteen (14) field panels/controllers.; (e) Training: i. Eight (8) hours of onsite customer training for the Desigo CC transition.; ii. Siemens provided lead tech training for three (3) students for three (3) days at the local Siemens branch.; (f) 690 Kipling Mammoth AHU Controls Replacement: i. Remove one (1) existing BACview control panel.; ii. Remove two (2) existing I/O 8168-R input/output boards.; iii. Provide and install one (1) new Siemens PXC modular controller.; iv. Provide and install four (4) new Siemens TXIO input/output modules.; v. Update any graphics affected at the frontend workstation.; vi. Provide updated system profile.; vii. Necessary engineering.; viii. Programming, commissioning, and checkout.
