Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT: The project manager shall provide the contractor with a detailed outline ofscript concepts for discussion and further development by the contractor. The project manager willapprove the final vessel crew recruitment concepts. Upon concept approval, the contractor shalldevelop and establish a filming schedule to capture the footage required to develop and produce therequired recruitment and retention videos. All video footage shall be filmed on board an AMHS vessel,along a vessel route or an AMHS Terminal property as determined by the Project Director.The video shall be edited so that the final version can be used as a singular all-inclusive videorepresenting each of the job classifications outlined below, or broken into three separate pieces soindividual video segments can be utilized to target specific groups of applicants on different platformsand venues.2.GOAL: As an overarching goal for this project, the contractor must present AMHS as a positive andexciting organization with both professional and ground level opportunities for the continuation ofbuilding a maritime career.
