Printer The printer shall include: • Printer dashboard with information on printer status, order supplies, check cleaning status, update firmware, or contact help from a mobile device • Seamless self-service lets you access how-to videos and other helpful resources by simply scanning a QR code on the LCD display • Innovative patented printhead protector feature shields the printhead during ribbon replacement or printer servicing, which helps to extend the printhead life. Services: • The vendor shall be able to provide on-site service and support for printer service and repairs. Including optional on-site product service agreement. • Bidder is required to be certified by the printer manufacturer to conduct repairs and support. Preferred to have 20+ years of experience with plastic card printing and issuance. • The vendor shall be responsive, responsible, and professional.
