Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-2028 Strategic Plan will set the priorities and strategic direction of the Department for the next six (6) years. The Strategic Plan will align with and lead to the integration of the Department’s One Nevada Transportation Plan (ONTP), the Department’s Transportation Asset Management Plan (TAMP), the Nevada Strategic Highway Safety Plan and the Nevada State Preservation Report. It will also lead to advancing the Department’s Asset Management Program. The Strategic Plan will support achieving long-term aspirational targets as well as being a guiding and outcome-based document to assist the Department in defining, planning, and managing work in alignment with Department priorities. The Department’s biennial budget requests should support the goals, strategies and actions included in the Strategic Plan.
