Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1. Driver’s License Enhancements • The County has created a solution to keep track of applicant and employee driver’s license information. County users need the ability to upload attachments to the record. Task 1 Deliverable: Transfer the applicable info from the applicant data table to the employee table. Upload and Attach Documents to the Driver Tracking Record. Task 2. Oregon Equal Pay Act fixes and corrections • The County implemented an initial solution to support the Oregon Equal Pay Act. However, the County has experienced some issues with the solution provided and needs to fix or correct the current version to allow for better support by the technical and functional teams. Task 2 Deliverable: Update and correct the current Oregon Equal Pay Act bolt-on. These enhancements include enable to restart the process if it abends, add or fix missing information due to current design, allow for effective dated rows in running Grouping Analysis. Task 3. Workforce Data Import • This process is to create (modify) the process to import the OpenGov Workforce Data File into PeopleSoft HCM. Task 3 Deliverable: Update the process to import the Workforce Data File for the Fiscal Year. The import should create missing combination codes as well as update the position budget amounts.
