Specifications include, but are not limited to: OST will create a Brownfields Program website and maintain the website for 12 months under this grant. The website will include the Brownfields definition, program mission and program background. Other items included on the website may include, but are not limited to: public record of Brownfield sites, a Brownfields site map and site images, active link to report an Illegal Dumping site, lead based paint background information, and the Brownfields Program contact information. Facebook and Twitter Pages OST wlll create a Brownflelds Program Facebook page and Twitter Account and maintain posts for 12 months under this grant. Posts will be made at least twice a month noting the specific solid waste codes and encouraging compliance by the public. This page will be linked from the OST Brownfields program website, this link will be done by OST. Public Ad OST will post two newspaper ads noting the Brownfields Program and directing the public to the Website, Facebook, and Twitter pages. Program Pocket Guide OST will create a pocket guide that outlines the OST Environmental Protection Program - Brownfields Program. The pocket guide will introduce the Programs, and guidelines, and will be used to inform and educate the public. Fifty printed copies of the pocket guide will be provided to OST to distribute.
