Specifications include, but are not limited to: These attorney services will require the attorney to: a. Provide TLE with legal advice and representation as directed by the TLE Board of Directors and/or Executive Director. b. Be available in person upon request from the TLE Board of Directors and/or Executive Director to attend Board meetings and/or Shareholders meetings. c. Be available to represent a nonprofit tribal organization in the areas of real estate, business, contract preparation and review, negotiating with the purchase of fee to trust lands, litigation (if required), and a broad area of other matters. d. Will be required to have a Rosebud Sioux Tribe business license, and must be practicing/licensed in the state of South Dakota and Rosebud Sioux Tribal court system
