Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pre-Design & Schematic Design Services: Programming and planning deliverables for the above project to include but not limited to: • Revisit and confirm project vision and project drivers identified in the Advanced Planning Study. • Revisit and confirm Space and functional programming identified in the Advanced Planning Study. Review and prioritize to create a project programming study. • Program revisions/adjustments to align scope of work with budget • Program shall include detailed room by room data sheets for each room type including information from every discipline. FFE, MEP, finishes, floor heights, adjacencies, equipment and all details required for each shall be included on these sheets. • A narrative describing the design approach and rationale • All existing condition documents shall be completed prior to the completion of the Schematic Design set. • Conceptual design floor plans and elevations • A minimum of four (4) renderings suitable for additional fundraising efforts to illustrate the design • Building Code Review evaluation and report that identifies challenges and variances required • Construction cost estimates for the work Design and Construction Documentation Services: The balance of the design services will include completion of the design development and construction documents, specifications, and construction administration, and all other A/E services for the Memorial Union project.
