Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work outlined in this Section includes all work necessary for the removal, packaging, transporting, and disposing of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and asbestos containing waste material (ACWM) impacted during the 1st Floor Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Entry Project (the “Work”) to occur at the Benjamin Rush Building, 35 Howard Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island (the “Site”). B. Work shall be performed by a State of Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH)-licensed Asbestos Contractor (the “Contractor”) with certified Asbestos Workers and Asbestos Supervisor(s). Training shall be in accordance with RIDOH Regulation 216 RICR-50-15-1 (1.9). This scope of work includes all necessary selective demolition to access ACM and ACWM scheduled for abatement.
