Delivery shall be FOB Destination with all transportation and delivery charges paid for by the vendor. Delivery to Brookings, South Dakota. Unit shall be in good working order, not in need of any repairs, and ready for immediate use. All used equipment bids must include an original purchase price, date of manufacture, SN#, date of procurement, record of maintenance of repairs, repair and maintenance manuals, and the bid price to the State.
